Why we built SquadBill
From billing queues and stock mismatches to a platform Indian retailers can run every day.
Built at the counter, not in a slide deck
SquadBill started from real shop problems — rush-hour billing queues, size–colour stock mismatches, messy returns, and end-of-day tallies that stole hours from owners. We designed workflows around how garment, footwear, kirana, pharmacy, and restaurant stores actually operate.
Two apps, one platform
Owners and managers work in the web admin — products, offers, reports, and staff. Cashiers use the Windows POS at the counter — scan, bill, print, returns, and card payments without opening a browser. Both stay in sync in real time.
Go live in days, grow module by module
Most single-store deployments start billing within 2–5 business days after setup and training. Start with billing and stock; add loyalty, multi-store, EDC, or Print Pro when your business needs them — no rip-and-replace.
